1. When will the seller ship my order?

Generally most of our products are in the stock, and your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after your payment is verified by chinapost.if you want to send it via DHL, you can contact us and pay the DHL shipping fee. 

2. How long can I receive my order?

chinapost usually takes 15-60 days and even longer like 90 days for some remote countries such as Brazil, Chile. Please be patient to wait for your order. If you want to get the parcel soon, you can choose TMS, DHL, UPS, or other express service, but please contact with us to add extra shipping cost for quick delivery.

3. Do buyers need to pay customs tax?

Buyers are responsible for (in case) all tax or VAT under any circumstances.
